Shipping & Returns

How your pieces reach you, and what to do if something isn't quite right.

Processing time

Ready-to-wear pieces are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Custom designs are made to order; the timeline is confirmed when we send your quote.

Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you can follow its progress using the Track Your Order link with your order number and email.

If you have a specific delivery window or location need, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your piece. Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping is arranged with you directly. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund.

Custom & made-to-order pieces

Custom designs are crafted specifically for you, based on your measurements and request. For this reason they cannot be returned or exchanged, except where there is a fault or error on our part. If anything is wrong with your custom piece, reach out right away and we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
