By accessing hauzofmae.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them so you know what to expect when shopping with us.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira and include applicable details shown at checkout. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel an affected order with a full refund.

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if we are unable to verify payment.

Custom designs are quoted individually. After you submit a request, we send you a quote that you can discuss with us before accepting. A custom order proceeds to production only after you accept the quote and payment is confirmed. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return except in the case of a fault on our part.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

The Hauz of Mae name, logo, designs, photographs, and website content belong to Hauz of Mae and may not be copied or used without our permission.

We provide our products and website with care, but to the extent permitted by law, Hauz of Mae is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
